Tracey Countryman is the Global Industry X.0 Lead for chemicals, metals, mining and oil and gas at Accenture. Her deep industry experience extends to business processes, operational excellence, IT/OT strategy, digital strategies and organizational design to deliver value to our clients. A strong business development professional, Tracey graduated with a Management degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Femke de Jager drives the Accenture agenda for Industry X.0 for our resources clients in Europe, with a focus on asset performance management. Femke comes with a background in both process industry (DSM, Stork) as well as consultancy (PwC, IBM, Capgemini). She has been active in the domain of asset management and decided to join Accenture to bring in the digital innovation angle. With a career track record of over 22 years, working in, and working for the industry, Femke brings an relevant network along with her.

Piyush leads Accenture’s Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management for Refining, and the manufacturing operations management (MOM) and manufacturing execution system (MES) practice under Industry X.0. With more than 20 years’ experience in the downstream sector covering refining, LNG and petrochemicals, he is a trusted advisor to clients and the C-suite. Piyush drives complex, large-scale programs for Accenture’s greenfield and brownfield clients in their transformation and operational excellence journeys. Before joining Accenture in 2010, Piyush has had extensive experience in overseeing greenfield and brownfield operations. Piyush is based in London, the UK.
