Senior Agile Technical Consultant

 

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical direction and training to organization on Agile Engineering best practices
  • Coach teams and organization on continuous integration, moving toward continuous delivery
  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert on Agile development methods and processes

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • 10 years or more experience in technology/software organizations
  • Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and of several software development methodologies. Experience with Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), DevOps, Lean Software Development and other Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of Continuous Integration, TDD, effective pairing and Continuous Delivery.
  • Experience as a Coach and/or Consultant to technology organizations.
  • Senior-level skills in systems architecture, design, development, and programming in object-oriented and relational databases and client server platforms
  • Experienced at mentoring other developers
  • Travel 100% East Coast and Midwest
