Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within centers. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.

 

The Program & Project Management Senior Analyst improves organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end-to-end project management activities. They demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment. Proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables. Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction.

 

Job Description

Support solution delivery leadership by managing financials necessary to meet the goals of the business for a large program. Collaborate with program and project managers and other team members to develop, maintain, and report program financials, such as actual spend, ETCs, EAC, and variances from planned spend. Specific Skills needed include IT program financial management proficiency and best practices. Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated financial acumen and aptitude, as well as ability to clearly tell the story to stakeholders regarding program financials.

 

Program/Project Management professionals manage multiple, ongoing, interrelated projects to achieve a specific set of client business goals. Coordinate service levels and agreements and prioritize resources across projects and entities. Organize and manage resources and plans all work required to complete a discrete project within defined scope, quality, time and cost parameters.

 

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Analyzes and solves problems that are lower complexity and may be routine in nature, requiring varied responses depending on the situation.
Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has some interactions with non-management levels at the client and/or within Accenture.
Receives minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others.
Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2 years Excel experience
  • 4 Year Degree or equivalent work experience
 
Professional Skill Requirements
  • Degree in Business, specifically in Finance or Accounting
  • Microsoft Office experience especially with Microsoft Project
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment  
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
